Each retail package includes the Flipper Zero device, a USB Type-C cable, a Quick Start Guide, and exclusive Flipper stickers. Please note that a microSD card is required for operation and must be purchased separately.

How long does shipping take for international orders?

We ship globally from multiple warehouses. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Is there a warranty on the hardware?

Yes, every Flipper Zero comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by unauthorized firmware modifications or physical misuse.

Can I return my Flipper Zero if I change my mind?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Once the device has been activated or the seal is broken, returns can only be processed for hardware defects.

Does the device come with the latest firmware pre-installed?

Devices ship with a stable factory firmware. We highly recommend connecting your Flipper Zero to the qFlipper desktop app or mobile app immediately upon arrival to update to the latest feature-rich version.
